Refunds Policy

Physical Products

Your purchase is totally risk-free and fully protected and with the full benefit of our no questions asked, no-quibble, cast-iron, bullet-proof 30 day money back guarantee. Upon receipt by us of returns we will provide a refund of the purchase price within 28 days. You may keep any bonus items received and still be entitled to a full refund of the price. Postage and packing costs are not refunded.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel an order or return an item does not affect your right to reject faulty goods. If you do receive a faulty item, please return it to Hightec Vision Limited for a full refund or a replacement. If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.

When you order physical products from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your goods for a full refund of the purchase price less postage and packing. Our cooling off period is 30 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period.

If you paid by cheque, we will refunded by cheque within 28 days.

If you paid by card, the card you used to pay will be refunded within 28 days.

If you paid by Paypal, your Paypal account will be refunded within 28 days.

Domain names

We do not offer refunds on domain names, once domain names have been registered on your behalf, there is no right of return.

Website Creation and online services

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on purchases of online services and "website creation". All refunds are subject to an administration fee which in the case of Website Creation is £60+vat.
