Delivery Policy

It is the policy of Hightec Vision Limited that, upon receipt of an order for a physical product, we aim to send out the product purchased to the customer within three working days of confirmation of payment for that order.

In the case of online services, delivery will be deemed to have been made, when the service is available online.

In the case of consultancy services, delivery will be either by telephone call or email.

Customers will be notified within three working days if there are any anticipated delays in the despatch of the order.
